This hotel is in a great location, right near the bus stop and within easy walking distance from the bus station. The rooms are clean and have modern facilities in the bathrooms. I found the decor of the hotel to be quite dated and in need of updating. The rooms, especially the deluxe rooms, were not much different from the standard doubles, so the upgrade didn't really provide much value.

The location in a quiet area of Venice, near the bus station and right next to the bus stop for the cruise port, is extremely convenient. The staff is friendly and provides exceptional service. The rooms are spacious, with air conditioning on high and modern amenities. The elegant breakfast, with a wide variety of options including local pastries, is perfect for all nationalities and even offers choices for vegetarians.
